How to Redeem

1. Starting from 22 November 2022, spend $800 or more at eligible physical retails and/or dining outlets in Hong Kong. 
2. Offer is only available for advance booking via info@camluxhotel.com. Please quote “HKstay” in the email.
3. Select the Staycation Offer 
4. Please ensure that below details are all provided in the email:
   - Check in guest name (same as HKID card)
   - Contact Number
   - Check In and Check out Date
   - Staycation Offer Name
   - Credit card details (cardholder's name, credit card number, CVC and expiry date)
   - Copy of the machine-printed receipt
5. We will get back to you 48-hour upon receiving your email. Failed to provide any of the above details will be treated as a unsucessful claim.

• The offer is only available for advance booking via info@camluxhotel.com. Please quote “HKstay” in the email and provide guest name, contact number, staying period, Staycation Offer, credit card informaotion and copy of the machine-printed receipt in the email. 
• A credit card is required for guarantee purposes. Card holder’s name must be the same as the check-in guest name. The remaining balance has to be made upon check-in. No amendment or cancellation is allowed.
• In case of no show, Camlux Hotel will charge the original price for the package to the provided credit card.
• In case of dispute, Camlux Hotel reserves the right of the final decision.
