This summer, Camlux Hotel has invited Gloria Tsang, Certificated Yoga Teacher, to conduct a series of Yoga class for all our guests who are staying with us.
Yoga provides all-round benefits to a human being. It increases strength, creates energy, builds and tones muscle, improves focus and concentration, increases flexibility, improves posture, reduces blood pressure, improves memory, relieves pain, improves digestion, improves balance.
